How can I change the shipping details?

To change shipping details, please contact customer support as soon as possible at info@hunting-darkness.com.

If the address you submitted was wrong and the package was already shipped, it's usually sent back to the return address. You have 15 days after the expected delivery date to send us the correct address. We will resend the package at no additional costs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment through MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, American Express, and Union Pay.

Besides creditcard we also accept payment through Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

For the Dutch market we accept iDeal as well.

What countries do you ship to?

At the moment we ship to the following coutries: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherland, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, United States.

This list isn't final so if you are in a country that's not mentioned here, please contact us. If there are enough people in your country who are interested in our products, we will do our best to expand our business to include it.
